-Artists, Musicians, Painters, Actors, Directors, Doctors, Engineers, Designers,......
All these people command respect and honour in because of their skills.
But why is that so?
Why not others who are not equally skilled and talented like them?
Maybe because they(docs, engineers, designers et al) have acquired this skill with their 'intelligence', hard work and persistence and so society thinks this should be recognised and given respect.
But my dear friends there is this one special skill which goes unnoticed most of the times,
which can not be acquired,
which can not be honed,
which does not require 'intelligence',
which can not be passed on to some one else
but yes yes Thankfully it CAN NOT be kept Hidden in the closet of one's soul !!
This is a skill who's services do not demand anything in return and this too should be respected and recognised.
It is the skill to be affably idiotic, admirably stupid, civilisingly uncouth, nonsensically witty, uncontrollably hilarious, perfectly imperfect,and ability to lace your conversations with major doses of sarcasm (so as to hide the obvious!!!),full of inconsistencies,innocently
(NOM to the lifestyle/skill of routine sophisticated junta)
A Person with these innate qualities is known as the JAF (pronounced as Jaif, like Saif and Kaif !!). Its an acronym for Just Another Fuddu i.e inspite of his 'socially admired' skill, deep within he knows he's a fuddu and knowingly or unknowingly holds the capacity to enliven our minds and freshen our souls with his strange yet good to see antics. Basically he's a fuddu whose fudduness is admired.
A JAF accomplishes his daily tasks with royal poise laced with panche broadly on the basis of following two principles :
- When in doubt, do it !!
- Disorderliness is Godliness!!
